A gold mine of functions

Hello, everyone! I’m Sayurin from MURAN 2022 Web promotion team. How are you doing? It has been cooler than before a bit and seems that summer is coming to an end!

Today, I would like to introduce some indispensable goods for taking care of children: eating utensils.

The first one is “Rice bowls”  They are made from plastic. It is not only resistant to breakage and scratches even if dropped , they also have a variety of functions!

Rice bowls can be heated in a microwave oven, so you can thaw frozen foods for baby in them. A dish washer and dryer can be used as well.

It’s designed with suction cups attached to the bottom, so kids can’t remove! (My  son aged 1 is getting stronger and he often remove it though…)

The handle and bottom are made of silicone material to prevent slipping and to reduce noise when banged on the desk, so you can use ones after a child of yours grows up to some extent like 2 or 3 years old.

The second one is a “fork and spoon”, which has a handle shape that is easy to grip, no matter how you hold it.

(Fork) Jaggedly shaped so that it can be used for scooping noodles, etc.

(Spoon) The flat tip allows you to scoop out miso soup and stew.

Needless to say, they can be used in dishwashers and dryers.

Finally, we introduce “aprons for meals.” (Worn out…)

The neck is made of cloth, so the child’s neck does not get cold. The silicone part collects spilled food, making cleanup easy!

The hook-and-loop fastener around the neck is harder for children to remove it compared with snap buttons.

You just throw away the collected food and then wash it!

It’s wonderful!

This article was full of opinions from a mom’s point of view.

What did you think of this Seeds of Ideas?

The things I have introduced today are ordinary things that we see on a daily basis. However, I found it difficult to create something on my own if I had to incorporate the same level of functionality as these products.

If I tried to create something on my own, I would be able to add the features I wanted, but I would not pay enough attention to the other features, and I would end up missing features that I take for granted or making the product look bad.

This time, I realized once again that ease of use is reflected in the attention to detail in every aspect of the product.

I would like to invent or create something with many functions like above, while keeping a multifaceted perspective.
